Computer fonts are called typefaces or faces for short.

Look through the list of typefaces available on your computer. Notice how each typeface makes you feel. Experiment by choosing one and then another.  Then, pick the typeface that feels most like your story.

Always remember that your typeface needs to be easy for the reader to read.  The typeface may look nice, but if it is not easy to read, it is not a good choice for the story!
